My first run after the 10k. I gave myself 2 days of rest post race to let my body absorb what it had done and to heal some of the bruising and stiffness from the fall. The run was challenging...particularly in establishing my breathing. I notice I am falling in to this comfort zone that keeps me on a fairly constant (albeit slow) pace and that anytime I try to speed that pace my breathing falls apart rapidly. I am going to try to do some training runs at the track in Volney to see if I can get past what I believe is a partially mental block. Route
